Venice Penthouse Canal View: Equipped with most amenities, this apartment is on the fourth floor in a building in “San Polo” district. There are a large living room with a double sofa-bed, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen, one single bedroom and one bedroom with double bed and a single sofa bed. Besides TV in the living room, there is one TV in each bedroom.
From the windows in the bedrooms and the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view of Venice's rooftops and of the canal below. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and kettle. Among other amenities, we remind satellite TV, heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
As for the location, the house is in a midmost position: Rialto Bridge is less than 10 minutes’walk far and in 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful St. Mark’s Square. To travel by vaporetto, the closest stop is “San Tomà” just 5 minutes away.

• Instructions to reach the apartment: After booking, the check-in manager, will send you instructions to reach the apartment or the place where he/she will be wait for you. You will receive the instructions of the route from the train station St Lucia, Piazzale Roma or from the airport (Venice or Treviso) to the meeting point.

• Arrival and Departure: Key/accommodation handover from 14:00. If you arrive in Venice before 2 p.m., it is possible to check-in the apartment earlier. If it is occupied and you have to wait until 2 p.m., it's possible to deposit your luggage at the Venice Santa Lucia train station or at the Venice Luggage Deposit near San Marco. Check out: please leave the apartment before 10:30 a.m.

Hello, Sorry it's taken a little while for me to reply to you about our stay in Venice, but we've been busy exploring Florence and Rome as well. This was our first time in Venice and we absolutely loved it - and hope to be able to return some time in the future. The apartment was fantastic for us - and I've written a review below (and included a photo as well of myself with our two children). Amazing location - so close to Campo San Polo and the Rialto Bridge and we walked everywhere! Gorgeous views from the windows in the bedrooms and the kitchens. Very quiet apartment. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen with a dining table, lovely and warm (so important when staying in winter), lots of hot water. Very useful to have a rack for drying clothes. Great wifi. Checking in was very easy and straight forward. Very helpful to be given a map and some other information about the local area (like where a small supermarket was). I would highly recommend this apartment. Apartments Florence were really great to work with and always replied to my emails quickly and with the information I needed. The person who met us and checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

We enjoyed very much our stay in Venice and we were very well received by Mr. Alvise at the hour of our arrival. He was very friendly and he gave us the phone numbers we were looking for in Venice (objects left in the vaporetto!). Email exchanges with the two people on site were very efficient and we even had a telephone contact before our arrival in Venice.
The apartment is very well placed; it was clean on arrival and well equipped (crockery, sheets, towels). We enjoyed having two keys at our disposal and heating in working condition.

The apartment is great (very quiet neighborhood san polo), nothing was missing from the apartment.
The whole is satisfactory, nothing was missing in terms of dishes, cooking, cleaning products ... Well functioning of the living room TV.
